VILLA DAUS

             Villa Daus is a leisure house set on the edge of the picturesque village Grobnik in the central Istria.
Village Grobnik has only a few houses and is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the green landscape and partially on the Kvarner Bay. The house was built in 2015 and with its comfort and position it provides guests with a truly peaceful holiday in untouched nature.

             The fenced plot of 900 m2 provides a pool of 24 m2 with deck chairs and shower, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table with beautiful view, a playground and parking for 2 vehicles.

             Villa Daus has a capacity for 4-6 people with 65 m2 on two floors. It consists of a ground floor where is an air-conditioned living room with a kitchen, dining table and sofa (that can be turned into a bed for two children) and shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned double rooms, each with a double bed and private shower/toilet.

Advantage of Villa Daus is that the owners are also farmers so they can offer their guests organically produced agricultural products. Villa also has the natural spring water of exceptional quality.
